American Classical Carved Mahogany Sofa

Circa 1840, mahogany, mahogany veneer, curved panel crest rail with flame mahogany veneers, pink and green striped damask upholstery with bolster pillows, curved arms with relief carved rosette and acanthus leaf, convex skirt, cornucopia carved panel front legs with paw feet surmounted by banded mahogany panels, rear shaped panel feet.
