Frank Schmidt (1879-1960) Mt Clemens, Michigan. Frank Schmidt was the older brother of well known decoy maker Ben Schmidt. Frank carved this decoy in 1949. It is a fine decoy ideal for riding the rough waters of the Great Lakes. Glass eyes.
