Complete Federal Enlisted Man's Set of Belt Plate, Box Plate, and Breast Plate

All lead-filled stamped brass, the belt plate with arrow hooks, the breast plate and cartridge box plate fitted with iron attachment loops.

Recovered in Petersburg, Virginia area, late 1960s-early 1980s

All three plates retain their fittings, though the box plate has loss to one loop; smooth and glossy dug patinas; some soil in recesses.
