From the Collection of the late Dr. Joseph C. Greenfield, Jr., Durham, North Carolina Clive Kay is known for his naturalistic portrayals of animals often found on safari in Africa. He grew up on a large farm in Zimbabwe, and was inspired by his father's love of nature. The Walt Disney Company commissioned Kay to complete a painting for the opening of The Animal Kingdom in 1988.
