French, 19th century, six light form, five scrolling gilt bronze arms, issuing from a central capital, with cascading floral snuffer and removable bobeches, supported by a contrapposto posed putti in dark patinated bronze, all atop a footed marble plinth with beaded borders and gilt bronze figural and floral garland mounts.
