19th century; the first a Sheraton style side chair with rush seat, backswept legs and curved front stretcher, vasiform splat with curved stiles and shaped crest (10 5/8 in.); the second a mahogany three drawer chest with curved bracket feet and molded top, turned knobs, oak backboard (11 7/8 x 11 1/4 x 8 3/8 in.).

Both with attractive age appropriate patina and minor surface wear.
