Late 19th century, upholstered slip seat, molded seat rail, cabriole legs with acanthus carved knee, ball and claw feet with pronounced knuckles.

Retains old likely original dark surface.

Later upholstery in fair condition with staining; denting and age appropriate wear to feet.
