Elizabeth City Foundry Iron Sinkbox Canvasback Decoy

Elizabeth City Foundry was the source for most of the North Carolina sink box decoys. Originally called the Saunders Foundry, it was founded in the 1880s by Joseph Saunders. This particular decoy is in the Ragged Island style and was used at the Corey Lodge.
