Benjamin Fulcher (1883-1953), Ocracoke, NC. Roothead decoys are rare and highly prized folk art. This early roothead goose is branded BF which indicates it was used in Fulcher`s personal hunting rig. It is rigged as both a floater and stake up decoy.
