Early 20th century, two part form, upper cap in a square down-swept panel form with fluted edge and central drilled hole set on a square plinth with raised arched moldings and interior circular opening, flush base.

Originally used for lighting bases in the town of Roanoke, Virginia.

Verdigris and signs of outdoor use; now lacking lighting elements; some edge chips; overall good stable condition.
