Attributed to Western North Carolina, mid 19th century, yellow pine secondary, poplar, two part form, finished walnut top set upon a stepped molded cornice, two upper glass panel hinged doors with shelved interior, oval paneled sides, the desk featuring a hinged lid with gallery edge, interior with deep well and divided pigeon holes, flush case sides raised on tall tapered ring turned legs.
