Vernon Parker Redhead

Vernon Parker (1902-2001), Hall`s Harbor, North Carolina. Vernon made a stand of decoys in 1923 with Ben Gallop and this is one of those decoys. This stand of decoys were some of the largest birds made in North Carolina.
