Vernon Parker (1902-2001), Hall's Harbor, North Carolina. Vernon used sink box blinds to take sportsmen hunting shortly after market hunting was outlawed in 1918. He made a rig of decoys with Ben Gallop in 1923 and this is one of those. It is extremely large, but well proportioned.
