A Sèvres Type Covered Porcelain Cheese Dish on Fixed Stand

Belle Epoque, of the style associated with Madame DuBarry, blue ground decorated with scrolling gilt ribbon interlaced with bands of turquoise beads and emerald and ruby colored beads, the cover monogrammed "DB" beneath a gilt crown, spurious mark to the underside.
