A Japanese Bronze Scroll Weight

Early 20th century, incised decoration of a mountain and pine tree landscape with a Shinto torii gate and Shinto shrine style buildings, lobed ends, the finial with a Japanese mon family crest, smooth to underside, used for viewing scroll paintings.
