Gurhan Jewelry was conceived in the 1990s in New York and Gurhan is known for his work in pure gold, pure silver, and pure platinum, while most designers work in alloys. They have received numerous awards, as well as being commissioned by the Metropolitan Museum of Art to create a collection for an upcoming exhibition.
