Roscoe Willis (1894-1980), Hatteras, North Carolina and Atlantic, North Carolina. Rosoe was born in Hatteras Village and moved to Atlantic, NC in 1945. Roscoe is known for making some of the most significant flattie shorebirds from North Carolina. This grouping composed by Kroghie Andresen is truly rare and important.
