Charlie Warren Garrish (1917-1971), Ocracoke, North Carolina. Charlie Warren Garrish was one of the more recognized waterfowl guides operating on Ocracoke Island. He made most of his decoys in the 1940s and 1950s. This stylish root head brant decoy is branded CWG.
