Wiley "Rat" Moseley (1899-1976), Pungo, Virginia. Rat was a bootlegger by trade and maintained five stills at one time. He also worked at some very well known gunning clubs. Rat made most of his decoys in the early 1940s when he hunted at the Horn Point Club. This exact decoy is published on page 33 of
Gunnin' Birds by Kroghie Andresen.
