American Classical Mahogany Alabaster Top Console Table

Mid 19th century, oak and pine secondary, later conforming alabaster top with molded edge, the case with high grade mahogany veneers featuring a concave long drawer on front scrolled legs with upper rosette and acanthus leaf terminating in paw feet, rear straight legs, shaped lower shelf on suppressed ball feet, with ormolu mounts.

Later stone top; finish wear to feet; small tight shrinkage crack to lower shelf at right side; overall good usable condition.
