Accompanied with copy of original purchase receipt from Buccellati, Inc., 703 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York dated January 27, 1976.

Buccellati was founded in 1919 by Mario Buccellati and has since been known for its craftsmanship and intricate gold work. This piece showcases the use of the traforato technique, which is the use of pierced gold with detailed engraving to resemble fine fabric or lace while holding gems. In this example, the traforato surrounds the center stone and holds the diamond accents.

Good condition; center diamond with a small feather on the table, a small crystal under the table, and an inclusion near the girdle under the crown; some melee diamonds have chips visible under magnification.
