Louis XVI Style Parquetry Inlaid Marble Top Escritoire

Early 20th century, mahogany, mahogany veneer, elevated recessed marble top with pierced brass gallery above an open compartment flanked by two small stacked drawers to each side, red leather inset writing surface with gilt highlighted tooling, three side-by-side drawers, raised on tall tapered fluted legs, gilt escutcheons and leg mounts, brass tipped feet, finished on all sides.
