Walter Beasley (1876-1953) Knotts Island, North Carolina. The tools of his trade were fishing nets, sinkbox blinds, shallow draft boats, and decoys. He is one of three known NC carvers who utilized the paddle tail. His examples are probably the best. Carved brand TD.
