Late 19th century, poplar and yellow pine primary and secondary, later rectangular top, unusual six drawer configuration on square tapered legs, the lower right drawer with pencil inscriptions reading (left side) "This box made by my father Oliver Clark, this April 6, 1893; Sally Clark Hamilton, Mo_ _ Hamilton, Jan. 22, 1900" (right side) "R. L. Hamilton, S. A. Hamilton, Bessie Hamilton, Mattie Hamilton, This July the 18, 1894"
