Alkaline glazed stoneware, the first in the form of a face jar, large applied features, open mouth with china plate teeth, ear handles, signed on the underside (10 x 8 1/2 in.); a baluster floor vase with scalloped mouth above four loop and rind handles, cobalt runs highlight the dark olive glaze, stamped "CL" (18 in.)
