Eldon Willis and Elmer Salter, Bluebill

Eldon Willis (1908-1981) and Elmer Salter (1902-1964), Stacy, North Carolina. This fine blackhead was collected off of Ocracoke Island and still retains the typical Ocracoke rigging. It is a respectable example of their best work.
