George Boyd, Quail and Redhead Miniatures

George Boyd (1873-1941), Seabrook, New Hampshire. Boyd was a perfectionist when it came to painting and it is evident in these two miniature decoys. It is estimated that he made up to seven hundred miniatures until the time of his death. He sold them for fifty cents each!
