The exterior enjoys a recent black repaint with new LE decals added and another set included. The interior has the original beige seats and door cards, however the original radio was replaced with an Alpine CD player with speakers mounted in the doors.
The production period of the U.S. model LE was 1979-1980 with 6,678 black cars equipped with the LE kit. The only black cars of that period were LE models. The dealer installed options were: front air dam, LE five spoke alloy wheels manufactured by GKN, with MG hub center appliqués, silver lower body stripes, luggage rack, leather covered and padded three spoke steering wheel with a special center hub that uses the same MG appliqué as the wheels, and a Limited Edition dash plaque installed on the glove box. Toggle switches on the dash operate most of the electrical functions.

From the Collection of a Gentleman Burlington, North Carolina Original engine; original interior with new carpet and floor mats; new paint, and soft top; original tonneau, boot cover and tool kit remain in good condition; trunk carpet has been replaced; many mechanical improvements under the hood to include new alternator, hoses; new clutch; the radiator appears to have been restored. Overall, the car presents well and drives nicely.
Tires appear like new but different brands on front and rear; no apparent concerns.
