Being un-opened, it is presumably a collector's edition of Time's special issue documenting 2016's Republican victory in the presidential race. Full leather boards, 4to, with a photo of President Trump applied to the front cover.

Though this book is #3319 in the Easton Press publishing records, it does not seem to appear in auction or sales records from recognized venues.
