Bust of a young girl, adorned with a halo of flowers, raised on a marble plinth with name plate, inscribed on the rear shoulder "heath King / '87 / 24/100". Accompanied by a hardcover book "My Wonderful World of Sculpture" by Jennifer Foster, signed by the author and King.

12 3/4 in.

Ms. King was a singer and sculptor known for her prolific work in statues and public works, many of which are in her native town of Winston-Salem, NC.
