Attributed to Virginia, circa 1800, yellow pine secondary, dovetailed case, hinged lipped slant lid with bread board ends, loper support, stepped interior with prospect door, document drawers, seven small drawers, two over three lipped graduated drawers with 3/4 dust boards, later bracket foot base.

Later feet; hinge break out with cut/patch replacement and later hinges, now slightly offset and not flush; cut/patch/lip repair.
