George III Mahogany Chest of Drawers

Circa 1800, mahogany veneer, pine secondary, rectangular top with light wood line inlay border and vertical banded veneer edge, two over three graduated cock beaded drawers, three-quarter length dust boards, later shaped bracket foot base.

38 x 40.5 x 20.5 in.

Dark staining to top surface; shrinkage crack and separation to top; replaced pulls; some drawer runners rebuilt; later feet; shrinkage crack to the left side panel.
