British Needlework Sampler Dated 1803

Worked in multi-color silk on fine linen, with alphanumeric rows and floral motifs above a manor house between butterflies, dogs, and trees, with verse and stitched to bottom register, "Mary Rogers finished in the twelfth year of / her age June 20 1803," presented under glass in molded gilt frame.
