An Unusual American Sterling Silver Figural Fish Serving Set

Mid-19th century, unknown manufacturer, both marked "Sterling," each handle featuring an applied lion mask with loose ring held in mouth, the blades and tines feature finely executed bright-cut engraving on a gilt and matte finish, each with period "E" monogram.
