Crisfield, Maryland, a monumental pair of full sized pintails recently discovered; this pair of pintails were crafted in 1965 when Lawson was working closely with the Wards; this signed full-sized pair represents his finest effort, truly a masterwork.

Lawson began carving at the age of nine and was mentored by the Ward Brothers. He later worked with them and helped them complete orders. His work is found in significant collections around the world.
