Possibly Ming dynasty, Wanli period (1573–1620), hand painted in underglaze blue with lotus medallions and Tibetan style clouds on the deep rounded sides that rise to a gently everted rim, well decorated with a spray of peony blossoms, underside interior of stem with tall splayed foot encircled by a raised bowstring, with light blue glaze to interior of foot.
