From the Personal Collection of Pat and the late Sid Oakley, Founders of Cedar Creek Gallery, Creedmoor, North Carolina This print was made to support the campaign of Harvey Gantt (b. 1943) for a US Senate seat in North Carolina in 1990. Gantt is an architect and politician who was the first Black mayor of Charlotte from 1983-1987, and the Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts + Culture in Charlotte was named in his honor.
Excellent condition; a bright, clean, and crisp sheet; not examined out of frame.
