Bill Neely (1934-2014) created highly prized mandolins and guitars one at a time for the accomplished bluegrass musicians of Southwestern Virginia and East Tennessee. This one puts forth a deep bass sound. Sadly, no more of these instruments will ever be built.
Excellent condition with only minimal signs of handling.
