A Large Chinese Porcelain Famille Verte Bowl with Cover

20th century, porcelain hand painted in famille verte palette, the cover with finely painted foo lions frolicking amongst large red peony blossoms, the exterior sides of the bowl are decorated with meticulously detailed five-clawed dragons flying amidst clouds and above turbulent waves, the interior of bowl has has an auspicious qilin encircled by the Eight Treasure motifs, underside is unglazed.
