Half-Stock Percussion Longrifle with Prolific German Silver Inlays

Mid-to-late 19th century, .38 caliber, octagonal barrel with rifled bore, marked JWZ on top flat and again on the left side plate, figured maple stock, all mounts are German silver; unusual copper collar placed on the percussion cap nipple; wooden ramrod. Comes with rifle sock.

Hammer moves, but action needs adjustment; repaired wood split at shoulder; overall good condition.
