Copper and Brass Ship's Anchor Light

Early 20th century, kerosene, lid decorated with integral banner reading "ANCHOR," clear glass around lamp, copper construction with brass bail handle and similar securing loop on underside.

This lamp would have been hung by itself to indicate that its host vessel was indeed at anchor.

Overall weathering with patinated surfaces; glass intact.
