Late 19th - early 20th century, the gold frame tests 14k and has double-headed eagles set between red enamel rays on the face, both sides of the medal carry porcelain roundels, each hosting a hand-painted "S," the back is punched with an imperial eagle on the top ray and the initials "WK" on the bottom ray.

The porcelain is cracked on both sides and the rear roundel suffers an area of loss; otherwise in good condition and still attractive.
