Meiji period (1868-1912), an angled double gourd vase with light cream crackle ground hand painted with two turquoise dragons amidst swirling clouds chasing a flaming pearl, bands of patterned decoration encircle the lower body, center, and upper neck of vase, vase drilled for lamp fitting, set into a carved wooden base, with wooden mount, single lightbulb fixture.
