Two American Coin Silver Cups

The first a large handled cup, unmarked, mid-19th century, floral chasing surrounds a central cartouche engraved "From / E. D. / To / Mrs. Holland / Uncle to Etta" (6 1/4 in.) (light scattered denting); the second a baluster form cup with mark of John Shaw (active St. Louis, MO, 1835-1852), no engraving, chased scrollwork decoration (4 1/2 in.) (some mis-shaping to foot).
