A Pair of Japanese Meiji Period Bronze Vases on Stands

Meiji period (1868-1912), two part bronzes, both incredibly well cast, each includes a vase with dragon handles and shaped registers populated with birds and flowers in high relief, fits into an elaborately cast base having four elephant head feet rising from a circular base with floral pattern, both vases have signatures to underside, the stands have what appear to be a museum accession number incised.

Good estate condition; some expected rubbing and wear to surface; minor nicks to edges.
