Pair of Ames Model 1906 U. S. Cavalry Sabers

Each with a 35 in. curved blade, the ricasso stamped A. S. Co. / flaming bomb / 1906 on the right and U.S. / J.H.C. (inspector) on the left, one sword with added arsenal marking; grips wrapped in leather, one retaining brass wire; pommels and guards of iron; no scabbard is present.
