Early 20th century, possibly earlier, relief mask form hewn from a single piece of wood, with all-over carved scrolling and key patterned designs, unmarked.

17 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 3 3/4 in.

As made condition; right eye pierced, the other is not carved through; some minor shrinkage cracks.
