Ed Sandoval was born and raised in New Mexico. He now lives and paints in Taos. Sandoval's bold and colorful paintings romanticize New Mexico's past. His work has been featured in numerous publications, including New Mexico Magazine, Cowboys & Indians and Southwest Art. President Barack Obama selected one of Sandoval's paintings for his official thank you cards for New Mexico.
