Gilbert, New York City, active 1838-1868, with retailer mark of William Wallace Adam, Alexandria, Virginia, active 1831-1877 (11 1/4 in.); the second a serving spoon with mark of James Mix, Jr., Albany, New York, active 1846-1906 (8 3/8 in.). Both with script monogram to foliate patterned handles.
