North Carolina Roanoke River Basin Painted Barrel-Back Corner Cupboard

Circa 1760-1770, southern yellow pine, one part form, all over original red paint behind a white wash, three shaped butterfly shelves, paneled barrel back, center shelf with plate rail, canted corners, applied waist molding, together with the two original hinged upper cabinet doors (detached but present) featuring molded mullions having eight window lights each above to raised panel "dirty-dish" boards.
